At the beginning of this year I lost nearly 15 pounds using Weight Watchers Plus. So when Jennifer Hudson says we should try this system "because it works," I know that even though she's being paid to say this, she's telling the truth. 


I'm restarting Weight Watchers today along with the fitness plan I adopted this winter -- burn 3500 calories each week. That amount of activity allowed me to earn enough Plus Points that I could splurge on the weekends and still lose weight. So I didn't spend my weeks on Weight Watchers grouchy. 


As I did earlier this year, I'll record my progress and my weekly workouts here on my blog in hopes of inspiring my readers to get up and get active, whether you're trying to lose weight or not.

  1. Sounds like a great plan! Usually blogging does hold me accountable. I've been plateaued for awhile now, and it's hard to admit that on my blog. But a good fitness regimen and eating plan will go a long way! Good luck!! I'll be reading for tips to help me too.
