What’s your favorite song these days?
Here’s mine:
The wait is over. Corinne Bailey Rae has finally released a follow-up to her 2006 hit album. Glamour magazine describes The Sea “as emotional without being sentimental, sad but with a big dose of hope.” Hubster bought me the album for my birthday and it’s absolutely beautiful and heartbreaking. (Rae’s husband died suddenly in 2008.)
I’m going to try to get Edd to review the album for you guys. Meanwhile, enjoy the performance above and go buy The Sea.
