A couple of weeks ago we had a discussion here at Georgia Mae on actress Jennifer Aniston's nude photo spread and cover in GQ magazine.
I thought you all might like to know, since it did come up in the comments, that last week Aniston admitted on The View that her image was Photoshopped.
According to the New York Daily News, when The View host Barbara Walters held up the cover asking, "What happened to the girl next door from 'Friends'?," Aniston replied, "She's there! Photoshopped!"
This was no shock since I'm certain nearly all photos in magazines are retouched, but I still give her kudos for being honest. However, I'll be a lot happier when magazines stop peddling these unrealistic beauty ideals and celebrities stop playing along.
What do you think?
